Our site uses SSL technology that encrypts your connection to our site and Military-grade encryption of AES-256 encryption. We hash your password with the most robust hashing methods. Therefore, your sensitive and personal data are always safe with us and can not be decrypted. AES-256, which has a key length of 256 bits, supports the most significant bit size and is practically unbreakable by brute force based on current computing power, making it the most strongest encryption standard.

How do I cancel my membership? Theatredor FAQ
We will be sorry to see you go! Just click on your name in the top right- hand corner, then from the drop-down menu chose; Account settings - Membership - Subscriptions, then in the last column, hit the cancel button. Your subscription will be cancelled and no further payments will be taken.
Can I record my Self Tapes and auditons? Theatredor FAQ
Of course! In the Auditon room, just open up a meeting by pressing the 'Start Meeting' button (you don't need to invite anyone to open a meeting). Then simply press record when you are ready.When finished, simply press the record button again and your meeting will be automatically saved to your computer or devices download folder.In the app, you can download to Dropbox. A free cloud- based file saving/sharing platform.

You can upgrade your membership, from either our limited free service or to our company membership. To do this, start by selecting your name in the top right hand corner and going to account settings.
