By joining and becoming a member of Theatredor (through any of the apps or online links) you will become a community member thereby entering a legally binding contract with Theatredor. Should you not agree to these terms and conditions. You can review the data policy via ‘my settings.’
Your Contractwith us
As a member of our community platform you agree to all the terms and conditions as set out within this agreement. By becoming a member, you are entering into an agreement (the Contract) with Theatredor which will also be referred to as ‘us’ or ‘we.’ This is a legally binding contract, and should you not agree with the terms set out in this contract you should not join or otherwise access Theatredor. Your account can be terminated at any times by closing your account and no longer accessing services.
Registered users of this site are considered ‘community members’ while unregistered users of this site are considered ‘visitors.’ This contract applies to both ‘community members’ and ‘visitors.’
Closing your account
When you delete your account, the contents are no longer visible to other users, however it may continue to exist elsewhere on our systems in cases where:
Immediate deletion is not possible due to technical limitations (in which case, your content will be deleted within a maximum of 90 days from the date you delete it)
Your content has been shared and/or saved by others in accordance with this agreement and they have not deleted it (in which case these will remain until they delete)
Where immediate deletion would restrict our ability to:
Investigate or identify illegal activity or any violations of our terms and policies
Comply with legal obligations including the preservation of evidence or comply with requests from judicial or administrative authorities, law enforcement, regulatory bodies or government agencies
In the cases listed above the content will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
Updates to the Contract
Theatredor will make occasional updates to this Contract or any associated policies. Theatredor will be constantly trying to improve your user experience as a member of our platform. This may mean that for time to time this Contract and associated policies will be updated to reflect these changes. Community Members will be notified of any material changes to this Contract or any associated policies through our core service and will have the opportunity to review these changes before they come into effect. Retrospective changes will not be made to this Contract or any associated policies. Once these changes come into effect you will be bound to the new Contract in order to continue to use our Products. Should you not wish to agree to the new terms you may delete your account and no longer access our services. Your account may be deleted at any time.

This Contract applies to all Theatredor branded sites, related sites, apps services and communications. To advance our mission we have and will continue to expand our products and services to help facilitate this. Our products and services are outlined as follows:
Customised Personal Community Experience
You can customise your own community experience based on your areas of interests and the communities you join as well as the content you share via our platform. You can update this by making changes to your settings and the communities and boards you have joined.
Building Community Connections
Theatredor can help you find and make connections with people in your community and area of interests. We will make suggestions of people you may know and communities and boards you may like to join based on your activity and the activity of your connections. We believe that a strong interconnected community will strengthen our community as a whole.
Community Integrity and Experience
We want to create a trusted community space in which people feel safe sharing their work. If we learn of content or conduct which is harmful towards others, we may take action such as removing this content or blocking access to certain features or disabling an account and contacting law enforcement where applicable. We take the well-being and safety of our members seriously.
We are constantly working on improving access to and the facilities associated with our platform. We engage in research in how our Community Members are using our product for the purpose of improving our services.
Commitments to Our Community and Service Eligibility
In order to safeguard our community facilities the following criteria applies as eligibility criteria.
Community Members should be over the age of 16 years of age and the site should not be used or accessed by anyone under this age as either a Community Member or guest/visitor of the site. If local laws require you to be older than this in order to access our platform lawfully then this minimum age will apply
In exchange for the services we provide Members are expected to abide by the following:
Use the same name you are known as professionally
Provide accurate information about yourself
Your Theatredor account should be created under your legal name while your display name can either be your real name or your professional name (stage or pen etc…).
Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms. This includes those registering accounts on behalf of other users or persons under the age of 16.
Create only one account
Never share your password or give access to your account to others
You should not access our site as either a Community Member or visitor should any of the following apply:
You are under 16 years of age.
You are a convicted sex offender.
Your account has previously been disabled for breaches of our Terms or policies.
You are prohibited from receiving our products, services or software under applicable laws.
In agreeing to become a community member and account holder you are agreeing to the following:
The use of a strong password which you will keep confidential
Not to transfer your account or any part of your account to another person or location
Abiding by our list of do’s and don’t’s in for how you should conduct yourself within Theatredor
Being responsible for anything which happens through your account while your account is open.
Report misuse of your account
Our paid services offer our Community Members additional services. Registering for these additional paid services means you agree to pay any additional fees (inclusive of taxes) as well as agreeing to any additional terms which are specific to the services which are being provided. You should note that the following applies to these payments:
Your payment method (e.g. credit card) may be charged after it has expired to avoid interruptions to your service
Payments may be subject to foreign exchange fees or price differences based on location (for example exchange rates)
Membership subscriptions will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription period. This payment includes all fees and any applicable taxes for the period. Taxes are calculated based on the billing information provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure this billing information is updated for any renewals should this information change.
Cancellations should be made before the renewal dates in order to avoid future charges .

Changes to Services Provided or Availability
Theatredor may make changes to the services provided through its website or associated apps or services. We may suspend or discontinue any of our services or make modifications to our prices which are effective on a reasonable notice to the extent this is allowed under the law.
Emails and Messages
Theatredor will, from time to time, provide notices and send messages. You agree that these will be provided to you via the following means:
Within the Theatredor Service (including any associated apps)
Via the contact information you provided to us (e.g email address, mobile or other phone numbers or physical addresses). You will in turn ensure these are kept up to date and accurate.
For Community Members to gain the most benefit from our services we allow information sharing between Community members. This includes the following:
Multimedia Videos and photos including Showreels
Community and group posts
Job and work opportunities
Messages within the site or associated apps or services
Content which you post or share on the site may be seen by other Community members, visitors to the site or other as well as its associated apps and services. You can restrict access to certain groups or communities within Theatredor and we will ensure these choices are respected.
Theatredor reserves the right to remove any information or content from our service without notice.
Theatredor may help connect Members offering their services (acting services, career coaching, technical coaching etc…) with Members seeking services. Theatredor does not perform nor employs individuals to perform these services. You must be at least 18 years of age to offer, perform or procure these services.
You acknowledge that Theatredor does not supervise, direct, control or monitor Members in the performance of these services and agree that:
Theatredor is not responsible for the offering, performance or procurement of these services
Theatredor does not endorse any particular Member’s offered services
Nothing shall create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between Theatredor and any Member offering services. If you are a Member offering services, you represent and warrant that you have all required licences and will provide consistent with our Professional Community Policies.
Similarly, Theatredor may help you register for and/or attend training and events organised by members or outside organisations and connect with other members who are attendees at such events. You agree that:
Theatredor is not responsible for the conduct of any of the members or other delegate or speaker at such events.
Theatredor is not responsible for the content of, or items supplied in connection with any event.
Theatredor does not endorse any particular event listed on our Services unless that event is specifically organised by Theatredor.
Theatredor are not responsible for any cancellation or curtailment of any event outside of the control of Theatredor.
Your Rights and Limits to Service
By joining and becoming a Community Member to Theatredor and its associated services you are granting Theatredor and its affiliates the following non-exclusive licence:
That specific content can be terminated and deleted and removed from the site on closing your account
Content which has been copied, downloaded or shared by others through Theatredor or through related parties may be subject to a time constraint for removing this content from the site.
Content which is published by yourself with no restrictions as to who can see this on our site will only be visible to other members or visitors to the site.
Theatredor will not make any modifications to any content shared on the site. The only changes related to formatting (modifying the size, layout or filetype for instance). Content may be removed if an approved moderator considers it to be reasonable to do so. In any dispute, the decision of the site moderator is final.
You will own the content and information posted to the site. Theatredor will only have non-exclusive rights to this material. Should you choose to make this available to others, this may be under the terms of a Creative Commons licence.
You agree that any content posted to the site will not be in violation of any laws nor will it infringe on anyone’s rights (this includes intellectual property and copy rights). You also agree that the content in your profile will be accurate and truthful. Theatredor may have to remove content or information from this site which is in violation in certain countries.
Theatredor and its affiliates make no representation or warranty about the services, including any representation that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and provide the services (including content and information) on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Theatredor and its affiliates disclaim any implied or statutory warranty, including any implied warranty of title, accuracy of data, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Exclusion of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law (and unless Theatredor has entered into a separate written agreement that overrides this contract), Theatredor, including its affiliates, will not be liable in connection with this contract for lost profits or lost business opportunities, reputation (e.g offensive or defamatory statements), loss of data (e.g. down time for loss, use of, or changes to, your information or content) or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
These limitations of liability in do not apply to liability for death or personal injury or for fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or in cases of negligence where a material obligation has been breached, a material obligation being such which forms a perquisite to our delivery of services and on which you may reasonably rely, but only to the extent that the damages were directly caused by the breach and were foreseeable upon conclusion of this Contract and to the extent that they are typical in the context of this contract.
What you can do and what you can share on Theatredor
We would like people to use Theatredor in order to express themselves, showcase their work and create connections and a community. We would like this to be in a safe and secured environment which does not put the well-being of others at risk. As such you agree not to engage (or facilitate or support others) in the following:
Our platform should not be used to do or share anything which:
Breaches our community standards or other terms, conditions or policies which apply to your use of Theatredor
That is unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent or misleading
That infringes on or breaches someone else’s rights (including intellectual property).
You must not upload viruses or malicious code or do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or the appearance of our Platform and Products.
You may not access or collect data from our Platform or Products using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access.
You will use the services in a professional manner
What you cannot do on Theatredor
You agree that you will not do any of the following:
Create a false identity or create use the identity belonging to someone else to misrepresent your identify
Create member profiles for anyone else other than yourself (a real person)
Attempt to use or access someone else’s account
Develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots or any other means or processes (including but not limited to crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons or other technology) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the services;
Post anything that contains software viruses or any other harmful code
Override any security feature or bypass or circumvent access controls or use limits of the Service (such as caps on keyword searches or profile views);
Copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from the Services, whether directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without the consent of Theatredor;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open source;
Disclose information that you do not have the consent to disclose (such as confidential information of others (including your employer);
Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages;
Deep-link to our Services for any purpose other than to promote your profile or a Group on our Services, without Theatredor’s consent;
Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights. For example, do not copy or distribute (except through the available sharing functionality) the posts or other content of others without their permission, which they may give by posting under a Creative Commons license;
Violate the intellectual property or other rights of Theatredor, including, without limitation, (i) copying or distributing our learning videos or other materials or (ii) copying or distributing our technology, unless it is released under open source licenses; (iii) using the word “Theatredor” or our logos in any business name, email, or URL.
Imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Theatredor without our express consent (e.g. representing yourself as an accredited Theatredor agent or trainer;
Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell or otherwise monetise the Services or related data or access to the same without Theatredor’s consent;
Monitor the Services’ availability, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose;
Engage in “framing,” “mirroring,” or otherwise simulating the appearance or function of the Services;
Overlay or otherwise modify the Services or their appearance (such as by inserting elements into the Services or removing, covering, or obscuring an advertisement included on the Services);
Interfere with the operation of, or place an unreasonable load on, the Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attack, viruses, gaming algorithms); and/or
Violate any of our terms, conditions or policies
We can remove or block content that is in breach of these provisions and close accounts linked to this behaviour.

Your content may be used to improve the overall services provided by Theatredor. You will retain ownership of the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright and trademarks)
If a court with authority over this Contract finds any part of it unenforceable, you and we agree that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, you and we agree to ask the court to remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of the Contract.
This Contract (including additional terms that may be provided by us when you engage with a feature of the Services) is the only agreement between us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements for the Services.
If we don’t act to enforce a breach of this Contract, that does not mean that Theatredor has waived its right to enforce this Contract. You may not assign or transfer this Contract (or your membership or use of Services) to anyone without our consent. However, you agree that Theatredor may assign this Contract to its affiliates or a party that buys it without your consent. There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Contract.
Some of the Products we offer are also governed by supplemental terms. If you use any of these Products, you will be provided with an opportunity to agree to supplemental terms that will become part of our agreement with you. For instance, if you access or use our Products for commercial or business purposes, such as buying ads, selling products, developing apps, managing a group or Page for your business, or using our measurement services, you must agree to our Commercial Terms. If you post or share content containing music, you must comply with our Music Guidelines. To the extent any supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms shall govern to the extent of the conflict.
If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to or waiver of these Terms must be made in writing and signed by us.
You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our consent.
You may designate a person (called a legacy contact) to manage your account if it is memorialized. Only your legacy contact or a person who you have identified in a valid will or similar document expressing clear consent to disclose your content upon death or incapacity will be able to seek disclosure from your account after it is memorialized.
We always appreciate your feedback and other suggestions about our products and services. But you should know that we may use them without any restriction or obligation to compensate you, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

Theatredor ‘we’ aims to connect the world of performance arts, allowing them to interact, collaborate, manage and showcase their work. In order to do this, you need to provide us with some of your personal data. This policy sets out our commitment to you and our obligations in the handling and use of your data.
From time to time we will make changes to this policy. We will inform members of any changes through a service notice with time given for members to review these changes prior to them becoming effective. Should you have any objections to any of these changes you may close your account.
Continued use of our services is an acknowledged acceptance of these changes as of their effective date.
Your Personal Data
We collect and store information you provide when you sign up for an account, as well as content created and shared through the use of our products and services. This can include information contained in within or about the content you have provided (For example, information contained in visual image metadata such as GPS Location, date created and stored etc.)
In order to create an account, we need the following information: name, email address, mobile number date of birth and a password. We require your date of birth as a security check in case we need to confirm your identity. Members will not see your date of birth when they view your profile.
For premium services we will also require payment and billing information such as a credit card. This information is processed through a third party; Stripe Inc, with whom we have a service agreement. The Data Processing Addendum (DPA) can be found here
You have flexibility about the information you include on your profile. This includes information such as education, work experience, skills, photo, location as well as endorsements and recommendations. Much of the information on your public profile is optional but it’s worth remembering that your profile information will help you get the most from our services and also help you meet people with similar or complementary skill sets and ambitions. It’s up to you whether or not you choose to post sensitive information and to make this information public. Please do not include any information on your profile which you would not like to be publicly available.
Personal data (including but not limited to your job title and work email address) may be included when you sign up for and use our services if you choose to use this for your contact information. This information can also be used as part of our job application process.
Information provided by others about you
We also receive and analyse information, content as well as communications that other people provide as they use our products and services. This might include information about you if you comment on news or publications which they have created or shared in Theatredor. This also includes should they send you a message or save your contact information within our website or app.
New Features and Changes
Activity Related Data
We collect information about how and how often you use our products and services. This includes the type of content you view and engage with, the groups you are a part of and the time, frequency and duration of your activity. We log information such as when you have last used our products and what content you have viewed.
We also collect personal data which you provide, post or upload such as when you fill out our forms, respond to any surveys or apply to a job via our services.
Calendar and Events
You can make the most of our in-service calendar by synching your calendar with the one available within our app and website. This may collect address book and calendar meeting information and will provide you with information about events including, but not limited to times, location, attendees and their contact information.
We monitor and collect certain information about when you send and receive messages related to our services such as connection requests. If you receive an invitation to connect with a member, we will send you reminders so that you can either accept or decline the invitation.
Our site uses scanning technology which looks for key words which may be against the terms of our services and in violation of our User agreement as well as our Community Policy. Your message will be blocked and reviewed by a moderator, to ensure it meets the standards of this policy.
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Information may also be shared via affiliates such as Microsoft or Apple when using apps and services linked to products such as Outlook.
Information posted, followed, comments and messages
Our community allows and encourages information sharing which can be by sharing articles, news, creating posts, and also by following other people’s posts and comments.
· Comments and articles you post (including videos, or text) can be re-shared by other members of our service dependent on the settings you have. This may include details such as your name and photo (if you have one).

Information is logged relating to usage data such as when you visit our site or use any of our related services and platform technology including our app. This includes using our service to make updates to your profile, post content and perform searches.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Depending on the enterprise Service, before you use such Service, we will ask for permission to share with your employer relevant data from your profile or use of our non-enterprise Services. The information available to your employer can be managed through your settings.

In certain instances, we may work with third parties with the aim of improving our products and services. This will be subject to strict restrictions with regards to how the information is used and will ensure that no information provided is disclosed by the third party.

Closing Your Account
If you choose to close your Repertory account, your personal data will generally stop being visible to other service users within 48 hours.
We generally delete information for closed accounts within 30 days, however we may retain your personal data after you have closed your account if this is reasonably necessary in order to comply with our legal obligations (including but not limited to law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse (in instances where we have restricted your account for breach of our Professional Community Policy) in order to enforce our User Agreement or fulfil your request to ‘unsubscribe’ from messages from us.
We will retain de-personalised information after your account has been closed. Information you have shared with others (through messaging, updates, group posts) will remain visible after your account has been closed

Information you have shared with others (e.g., through InMail, updates or group posts) will remain visible after you close your account or delete the information from your own profile or mailbox, and we do not control data that other Members may have copied out of our services. Group content associated with closed account will show an unknown user as the source. We collect information from and about the devices used to connect to our products and services. This includes the computers, phones as well as TVs or other web connected devices that you may use when accessing Repertory Box.
This information includes:
· Device Attributes: This includes the operating system, hardware and software versions, browser types, file names and types and plugins.
· Device Operations: information about operations and device behaviour which can help us distinguish activity by a human versus that of a bot.
· Identifier: This can include device identifiers, and other identifiers which may be from apps and accounts associated with the same device or account.
· Network and connections: information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language, time zone, mobile phone number, connection speed.
You can choose to include information within your posts or your profile about your religious or political views as well as life events. This and other information (for example racial or ethnic origin, philosophical beliefs or trade union membership) is subject to special protection under EU law.

We have safeguards in place designed to protect your data. This includes using HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerability and attacks. We cannot, however, warrant the security of any information that you send us. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical or managerial safeguards.

We process data both inside and outside of the EU and outside of the United states and rely on legally-provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders. Countries where we process data may have laws which are different to the laws of your own country.
